Received from the Archbishop of Canterbury a Memorial to The Queen praying for Her Majesty's gracious consent to consecrate the Revd George Evans Moule, M.A. to be Bishop of the Church of England in North China, And I am to transmit the same for that purpose.
The Draft of a Warrant which Lord Salisbury will cause to be prepared for Her Majesty's sanction, should Sir Michael Hicks Beach see no objection thereto I am to request that the Draft Warrant be returned to the Office as early as convenient.
